Common questions

How do I see the tour again?
Open settings from the canvas list and tap Take the Tour Again.

My canvases aren't showing up on my other device.
dots syncs through iCloud. Check that both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is turned on for dots in the Settings app under your name › iCloud. Syncing can take a minute after you make changes.

How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, find dots, and pick a size. Touch and hold the widget and tap Edit Widget to choose which canvas it shows.

Can I save a canvas as an image?
Yes. Open the canvas, tap the share button, and pick where it should go, such as Photos, Messages or Files.
